Service was great, food was delicious and it was the perfect place to watch the game. Like I care about the game....the guys do! A little crowded but in my opinion that's a sign it's worth it! Small family-owned places like this are the heart of Bakersfield. Keep it local!

Service is always spot on, especially when you have Sheena serving you...ask for her next time you go. Oh, go on a Wednesday, 6.99 for their buffalo wings, which are really good, one of the best in town and half off on their wines: glass or bottle.

Rj's is the place to be. Kinda sad they're not open till 2. Must have the cordon bleu, very delicious. They have new bartenders from maybe a couple of years back. Overall though the bar is kinda divey and cozy, cool people and no drama place. Worth checking out. After Rj's you might want to head out to jacalitos, that's the best Mexican bar/restaurant in that area.
